A per manent headquarters is hereafter to lie maintained and Denver was selected as the location. The annual meeting for next year is to be held at El Paso, Texas. Mining Congress Adjourns After being in session for the entire week in Portland the American Mining Congress closed its session last Saturday. It was one of the most successful of any of the meetings previously held both in attendance and the high class of papers and addresses delivered.
