AL Learned's delivery wagon for his

for wear he will soon replace it with a
new one, which is now being built at
Ch.is Basye's blacksmith and wagon shop.
It will be a light and handsome vehicle
but it will I m - exceptionally strong as the
wood work is of selected timber and the
metal work is all of steel and more braces
are put in than is usually in a light rig.
The work being done, Ixith wood ami
steel is a credit to Basye's shop and Mr. I
Learned will have a delivering wagon [
that will stand usage for many years.

The semi-annual examinations are be

for promotions of students to higher
grades. Since the holidays three new I
students have been admitted to the Acad
emy and several more students are ex
pected in the near future. The attend-
mce for this winter shows a satisfactory
increase over that of last year and there
is every prospect that the Academy is to
have steady growth from this on. The
students recently admitted to the Acnd-

Congratulations.
Mr. John H. Cullom. Editor of the
Garland. Texas, News, has written a let
ter of congratulation to the manufactur
ers of Chamberlain's Cough Remedy as
follows: “Sixteen years ago when our
first child was a baby he was subject to
croupy spells and we would be very un
easy about him. We began u-ing Cham
berlain's Cough remedy in 1887, and find
ing it such a reliable remedy for colds
and croup, we have never been without it
in the house since that time. We have
five children and have given it to all of
them with good results. One good feat
ure of this remedy is that it is not dis
agreeable to take and our babies really
like it. Another is that it is not danger
ous. and there is no risk from giving an
over dose, I congratulate you upon the
success of vonr remedy.'* For sale by
