W, Payne, county clerk of Lake Cuunty, Oregon ahowing that during the months of September and October, 1913 bounty had been paid through nia said office on 287 coyotea ana 27 bobcats amounting to $484.60 coming on for eonsiderstlon on this dste, and the court, after count ing tbe required number of scalps and front feet, finding tbe report to be correct, approved the aame, and de stroyed the said soalps and front feet, aa required by law. In the matter of the petition for a license granting T. J. Sullivan, author ity to sell spirituous, malt and vinous liquors in quantities less thsn one gallon In North Wsrncr precinct, Lake County, Oregon, for a period of twelve months beginning on the 7th day of November, 1913. This matter coming on to be heard at this time and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the ap plicant, T. J. Sullivan ia the proprie tor of and is conducting a legitimate, bona fide hotel with accommodations for food and lodging for not less than 50 guests in North Warner Precinct. Lake County, Oregon, and that said T. J. Sullivan has fully complied with the law relative to application for license and such license should be granted. It is therefore, hereby ordered, that a license be Issued as provided by law. granting T. J. Sullivan, authority to sell spirituous malt and vinous liquors in less quanitites than one gallon, in hla aaid hotel in North War ner Precinct, Lake County, Oregon for a period of one year from the 7th day of November, 1913.
