The immense atock of the Nevada Hardware & Supply Co. of Reno, Nev ada waa destroyed by fire last week. The loss la estimated at $150,000, with inairanoe totalling $97,900. Tbe fire waa the biggeat that has been known in Reno for several Veers. According to a late announcement William Suiter, Impeached governor of New York, has been nominated by tbe progreasives of the aixth assembly district, and be baa accepted the nomination. Mr. Suiter in 1889 began hia publio career aa a member of bis branch of the atate legislature. Moae Hart and family were in town Monday from their ranch on Drews Creek to get material for their new farm bouse which ia being built by John 11. Tannehill.
