bave been received and it is now said
that the Fernley Lassen railroad will
be completed to Sussnville by May 1st.
Active work is being done on tbe rail
road from Vale to Burns, and a route
surveyed north ot Wlnnemucca by Par
adise and McDermott, presumably to
connect with tbe road from Vale.
More railroad work will probably 'be
done during the next two years pre

a position to handle the 1915 traffic
that will be created by tbe Panama
Pacific Fair at San Francisco.
Through lines will be completed and
feeders added later on. It is expected
that, locomotive smoke will be mixed
up with the atmosphere of Surprise
Valley before the Fair commences.

WHAT THE KIDNEYS DO
Their Unceasing Work Keeps Us
Strong and Healthy
All the blood In the body passes
through tbe kidneys once every three
minutes. The kidneys 6lter the blood.
They work night and day. When
healthy they remove about 500 grains
of impure matter daily, when un
healthy some part of this impure mat
ter is left in the blood. This brings
on many diseases and symptoms
pain in the back, headache, nervous
ness, hot dry skin, rheumatic
pains, gout, gravel, disorders of
the eyesight and hearing, dizzi
ness, irregular heart, debility, drowsi
ness, dropsy, deposits in the urine,
etc. Rut if you keep the filters rifiht
you will have no trouble with your
kidutys.
A. B. Schofield, Ashland, Ore., says:
"It gives me pleasure to endorse
Doan's Kiduey Pills. They brought me
great relief from a severe attack of kid
ney complaint and I am now entirely
free from the trouble. Doan's Kidney
Fills can be relied upon to dispose of
backache and difficulty with the kid
ney secretions."
