Ore., March 1 Under Ore gon's new model motor vehicle llceuae law, peranns who buy automobiles this spring will bs re'imied to par three state licenses within a year. The new law does not go into effect until August 1. so that purchasers of automobiles are required to take out a lloenie noder the present law and before Aoguat tu take on' a li cense, only valid till December 31, 1011, uoder the new law. Then as annual licenses are required under the new law, soother state license must be ottained after January 1. 1912, good to Decemter 31t of that year.
