The Ft Bidwell Gold Nugget of tbe
29th has tbis to say o' tbe Lake Coun
ty gold mines:

day of tbis week In Bidwell. He
came in to secure powder and fuse for
tbe Gold Hun mines He says wrrk
on bis property is being pressed to
tbe limit baviug, two crews and work
ing day and night. Tbe tunnel is
now in 100 feet and drifting it being
done to quite an extent, there beiog
220 feet completed. All of tbe ore
taken out pans wel! and Mr. Loftua
says tbere ia no doubt in his mird as
tu the final result, as every indication
shows permanence.
