With the vogue of the separate skirt
comes a radical change from the plait
ed models that flare at tho bottom to
the clinging serpentine effects that can
best be obtained by a circular cut. In

and tight that they show the form to
an extent that Is really immodest, but
for the American woman they have
been pleasingly modified, and a variety
of styles In panel, plaited and tucked
