cue Campaign the Delineator has
accomplished certain results. It is
now iu touch with forty five agencies
for plaomg children. It is in corres
pondence with twelve hundred Insti
tutions caring for chlldreu. It has
facilitated the : placing of several
hundred children in good homes. It
has brought together and orystalized
the best thought of the country upon
this subject and presented it in read-
able form to the laity the publlo
which knows nothing of this form of
work but which is ready and eager to
hear of 'it.
It Intends to go on as fast as wisdom
permits, In close connection with the
most advanced thlnkes upon the sub'
ject, and it sincerely believes that the
