Olaiod Potatoes.
Select medium sited aweet potatoes,
boll until done, tske out and cool and
remove the akin. Have an egg beat
en with a dash of salt and pepper, cut
tbe potatoes In half lengthwise,, dip
In the egg. dust with granulated sugar,
arrange In a generously buttered pan,
put In oven and bake until brown.
