"The sutLS spent for advertising are properly chargeable to cap ital account because the result luff good will is something that has value, which, if the adver tising hiis been properly done, can usually be sold for the face value of the Investment "The rate of Interest Is deter mined by the skill with which the Investment Is made. They are sure to brimr fine, thrifty lambs. They should have a good shelter at nli;lit and away from storms. Sheep sh uld be kept dry, especially In whi ter. As the season draws near to the lanibhii; time they need watching care fully to see that their udders are not caked or sore. If the ewe Is In good condition, there Is usually very little trouble about the lamb starting nil riuht. As soon as possible, when the weather will admit, I like to shear the ewes. They will do better, and their udders are not so liable to get sote. The lambs will also do better. Of course the barn where they are ke;t should bo closed, so the (lock Is ke(t ', fairly warm. The ew es need Htrouger i feed as the lambs begin to gr.w. It will not ls long before the lambs will begin to want to eat. and a place should I e provided for them to run into where n little wheat bran can be had. alsj n little clover hay.
