Raker in stenographing in the big Silver
Lake water suit of McCall vb. Porter.
Goose Iake Ixlge, K. of P., instituted
in Lakeview last week, is steadily grow
ing in membership. This is one of the
finest orders in existence, and the local
lodge bids fair to become one of the
leaders. A few more members will in
sure a uniform rank.
John Nyswarner and family departed
Saturday for lakeview, wher they will
reside io the future. The Mail regrets
the departure of Mr. Nyswaner, hut w ish
him and his estimable family the

It is therefore ordered that the Sheriff

The Pistrict Attorney is hereby au
thorized to take such steps as he may
deem lie 'essary for the collection of the
amount due uon the Tax Collector
bond heretofore given by A. J. Neilun.
The District Attorney is hereby au
thorized to employ the services of an ex
pert for the purpose of farther exerting
the accounts of A. J . Neilou as tax col
lector. Ordered by the court that warrwits be
drawn upon the Treasurer in payment
