Mrs. Mary Colahan, an ol 1 resident of Klamath county, died at Bonanza Jan. 7th. Deceased was a woman of excel lent qualities and had a large circle of warm friends. Some of the ladies of Lakeview are making an effort to get up an entertain ment to be given about the 10th ol Feb., the proceeds of w hich w ill be used in improving the cemetery grounds. The entertainment will probnbly be a drama to be presented by local talent. The ob ject is a worthy one, and should meet with the approval of all our citizens. Mesdames W. A. Sherlock, Delia Cobb and V. L. Snelling are the leading spirits in the movement. A further annoDticement will be given next week.
