The evidence of over ninety witnesses proved self defense. The case of Linville, for shooting at Gibson, was dismissed on the tame trrounds. The cor- respondent asserts that the disease is nothing more than a sore throat and had cold, all who were alllicted are recover ing, and there are no grounds for further uneasiness.
