LT Phone 769-5311 Stayton JACK RAY BANEY Jack Ray Baney, 26, of Sal em and son of Mrs. Barbara I Damm of Mill City was fatal I ly injured early Tuesday morn ing when his car went out of control on a curve and rolled over in West Salem. He was taken to Salem Memorial hos I pital where he died two hours later. He was born in Dallas and I liv ed in the Dallas-Salem area all of his life except six while serving in the I years army. He is survived by his widow. Mrs. Bonita Baney of Lyons, one daughter, Shawna Hudson of Lyons, his mother, Mrs. Barbara Damm of Mill City, his father, Hubert Baney of Salem and two brothers, Jeff and Jerry of Mill City.
