I am referring specifical ly to the events which took place Easter Sunday. First we had the early morning break fast put on by the Steering Committee, which annually sponsors the community Fourth of July celebration. Both I young and older folks worked hard to make this a success. I can’t help but praise this fine group of citizens who have given of their time and effort to make this a success. These things don’t just happen—they are planned, and it takes quite a few committee meetings to finalize the events, and then a lot more work on the day it happens to make it function smoothly.
