Newcomers Group Has January Potluck The Santiam Newcomers Group held its monthly pot luck dinner Wednesday, Janu ary 19, at the Gates Commun ity Center. Hosts for the even ing were Mr. and Mrs. Vern Kealen, Mr. and Mrs. Morgan White and Mr. and Mrs. John Young. Present, in addtion to the hosts, were Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Bate, Mrs. Flossie Evans, Peter Dougall, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Geesman, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Lewis, Mrs. Alma Locke, Mr. and Mrs. Paul McDonald, Mr. and Mrs. Herb Peck, and Mr. and Mrs. William Walker. Door prizes were won by Bertha and Charles Geesman.
