Mrs. Elsie Völkel, who has been in Salem General hospital for several weeks, has finally shown decided improvement. Mm. Roger Nelson of Salem and formerly of Mill City is reported to be reovering from foot surgery she had done the middle of November. She has had the cast removed from her foot and is able to walk some without crutches.
