Permits must be obtained, and barrels must be screened. A water hose and other fire tools are to l>e within reach of the burning site, and no fire is to be left unattended. In two separate instances this week in the Detroit area fire were set in unscreened barrels and left unattended. Fire danger is high now and people must be careful.
