At a 2 o’clock ceremony on Saturday afternoon Miss Pa tricia Ann Moore became the bride of Mark Earl Bennett at the local Presbyterian church. Rev. Charles Fultz, minister of the Mill Oity Christian church, officiated at the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr and Mrs. Daniel W. Moore, Jr.,'and Mark is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Bernard Ben nett, all of Mill City. The bride chose her 18th birthday anniversary' for her wedding day. She wore a gown of imported Chantilly lace with bouffant skirt of ruffled tiers sweeping into a Cathedral train. A camelot cap of lace trimmed in seed pearls held her tiered illusion veil. She carried a nosegay of white roses and the wh.te prayer book her mother carried on her wedding day 25 years ago. Preceding the bride to the altar were two flower girls,1 Nancy Moore and Molly Ben nett. Maid of Honor was Miss Shirley Stone and Bridesmaids were Mrs. Donald Podrabsky, sister of the groom and Miss Judy Boroughs. GATES— The Morningside United Methodist Church in Salem was the setting for the wedding of Miss Linda Reed and Herbert Romey on June 12. Rev. Charles W. Easley of ficiated at the 7:30 p.m. cere mony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Reed of Sil verton and the groom is the son of Mrs. Louisa Wrigles- worth of Salem and formerly of Gates. Lime green and shades of pink were the colors chosen by the bride for her wedding. Her gown was made with an empire bodice, sculptured neck line edged with scallops, three quarter length flounced sleeves of Alencon lace and watteau train in matching lace. Lace appliques accented with tiny iridescent sequins on the organza skirt. Her shoulder length veil of | illusion was caught to a head- • piece of pearls and rhinestones.
