The reasons for increasing such levy are: Increased salar ies and operational costs. The amount of tax, in excess of the constitutional limitation, proposed to be levied for said fiscal year is $114,192.00, which expressed as a rate of levy, is estimated at $12.25 per thous and dollars of true cash value of taxable property within the district.
