Mrs. Waldo Unruh and child ren left March 21 to join her husband at Fairbanks, Alaska. Mrs. Unruh and children have been guests at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. B. L. Kirsch since they returned from Hawaii several weks ago, while they were waiting for Mr. Unruh to se cure housing for them in Fair banks. Mrs. Donald Teeters and Mrs. Harold Longfellow visit ed Tuesday, March 17 at the home of their sister’s family, Mr. and Mrs. Don Stensland in McMinnville. Mrs. M. V. Frame, Mrs. E. J. Hughes, and Keith Jana and Marc Hughes, spent Wed nesday and Thursday, March 18 and 19 on the coast. Mrs. Elmer Taylor also spent sev eral days during the school va cation at the coast with three of her grandchildren, Michael, Denice and Lori Tinney. Mrs. Jack Ryland returned home Thursday evening from Salem where she spent a couple of days at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jones. Among Friday guests of Mrs. Ryland were Mrs. James Sil bernagel and children Danny, Karen, Kelly, Marty and Brian of Lyons, who brought a cake and ice cream to help Mrs. Ryland celebrate her birthday anniversary. Driver of the motorcycle, 14 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Baumgardner, received a bro ken arm and was released from Salem Memorial hospital, Wed nesday.
