The budget for City of Mill City for the fiscal year 1970-71 beginning July 1, 1970 as
detailed and summarized in the accompanying schedules was prepared on an accounting basis
consistant with that used in prior years. A copy of the budget documents may be inspected by
interested persons between the hours of 10:00 A. M. and 3:00 P. M. Mondays through Fridays
each week at the United States National Bank, Mill City Branch and a copy of the budget
may be obtained for 50 cents. A meeting of the city council will be held March 23, 1970
at 8:00 P. M. at the city hall for the purpose of hiding a public hearing on this budget.
Any person may appear to discuss the budget or anv part of it. The outstanding indebtedness
of The City of Mill City, Oregon on February 18, 1970 was $9,000.00.
