Private memor- ial services were conducted for him at 2 p. m., Saturday after noon. July 6, at Weddle’s Fun eral Home in Stayton, with in terment following in I»ne Oak Cemetery. Rev James Murray of the United Presbyterian Church of Mill City officiated, and pall bearers were Dennis Jenkins. Bob Boroughs, Charles Epper son, David Reid, Tom Smith, and David Johnson, all former classmates here. “Bobby”, as he was called, was born in Salem on Septem ber 13, 1943, during the time when his father. Bob Hill, was with the U. S. Army, He was baptized in the Presbyterian Church when a small child. He attended Mill City Elementary School and graduated from Santiam High School in 1961, attending Linfield College at McMinnville for two years. He had lived in San Francisco. Cal., the past few years and was making plans to enter San Francisco City College this coming Fall. Survivors include his par ents, Mr. and Mrs. I). B. Hill, and his brother. Stewart, all of Albany; his grandmother, Mrs. A. F. Lyons, of Lyons: aunts and uncles, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Lindemann of Lyons, Mr. and Mrs. R. C.
