Craigmvle, Lyons. Ore., was assigned May 16 to the 4th Infantry Division near Pleiku. Vietnam, as a mortar man. Beginning next Sunday. June 22, church services will be held at 10 a.m. instead of 11 at the United Methodist church, this service is for the children with a family group. However, if enough children come early Sunday sch ol will be held for them. Warren Edwards received word Friday of the death of his nephew Eric Bartruff of Salem. Graveside services will be held Monday at 2 p. m. in Belcrest Memorial Park, with W. T. Rigdon Mortuary in charge. Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Nygaard and son Jon from Carmichael, California are spending this week at the home of his moth er, Mrs. Gladys Nygaard. While here he will paint his mothers house and do other chores for her. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Stevens were Sunday dinner guests at the h >me of their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Toman and family in Salem and evening guests at the home of their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Scott at Mill City.
