Read These Rules Carefully
The grand prize will be awarded to the work­
er finishing the campaign with the highest vote
score.
The worker finishing the campaign with the
most votes after the grand prize award has been
made will receive second prize. Other prizes will
he awarded to the next highest workers, by choice.
50,000 EXTRA votes will be issued every “club”
of $20.00 worth of Hnbocriptions turned in. A
“club” may be composed of large or small amounts
totaling $20.00. This arrangement will be in effect
during the entire campaign.
Votes will be issued on out of county subscrip­
tions at the same rate.
15 Per Cent Cash Commissions
Given All Workers Not Winning a Major Prize
No employee or near relative of any employee of
The Enterprise is eligible to enter the campaign.
Correspondent’s families will be allowed to com­
pete. Children under 16 years of age must have the
written consent of their parents or guardian who
will be expected to help the children.
In event of a tie, each tying candidate will be
given a prize identical in value.
A bonus of 2,000 votes will be given each candi­
date turning in 3 or more subscriptions (either old
or new) on the opening day of the campaign, and
an additional 3,000 extra votes will be given to the
candidate turning in the most subscriptions. These
same bonus votes will be given for the next three
report days.
To insure absolute fairness the campaign will
be brought to a close under the sealed ballot box
system. All subscriptions and money collected the
last three days of the campaign must be in the
sealed ballot box when the campaign closes.
Wednesdays and Saturdays will be known as re­
port days and all candidates are positively required
to hand in all their subscriptions on each of these
report days.
Votes will be issued on both new- and old sub­
scriptions. Credit far extra votes will be issued at
the convenience of the campaign manager.
Workers collecting more than one subscription
required to qualify his nomination before the open­
ing day will be barred from the campaign. Candi­
dates living outside the city may bring or mail in
their Saturday’s reports on Mondays and their
Wednesday’s reports on Thursday except the last
report which must be in the last day.
Prizes must be won in accordance with the con­
ditions of the campaign and no candidate will be
promised a certain prize for so many subscriptions
or so much money.
Workers are not confined to their own town or
neighborhood to sell subscriptions, but may get
orders from any person at any address.
Only one member of the family will be allowed
to enter: but all members of the family are urged
to help their workers.

Two local business people will be chosen
to oversee the final count of votes and to an­
nounce the winners—and their decisions will
be final
ON EACH FULL BOOK OF 10 SUBSCRIPTIONS
This bonus Ls payable at time the book is turned in at Campaign Head­
quarters and is in addition to regular awards.
Judges’ names will be announced the
final week of the campaign.
Everybody Wins
For the convenience of the boys and girls
entering the campaign. The Enterprise office
will be open each evening until 6 p. m.. start­
ing today. Those who wish to bring their
parents with them when they sign up to
work will therby have an opportunity to get
in after the dinner hour. PARENTS ARE
INVITED TO COME TO THE OFFICE

NOTICE —
Workers are not allowed to do any advance
work on the campaign before Saturday. Any
candidate getting promises or selling more
than one subscription, which they are allow­
ed to bring with their nomination blank will
be disqualified from working in the cam­
paign. This is in fairness to all candidates

rules for the protection of this newspaper and

After the Grand prize is awarded the candidate
having the next highest number of votes will get
