is cut of the Navy now and
they will make their home in

in 1964.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Pouliot
from Portland were unexpected
dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs.
Ross McCombs Sunday, so they
took advantage of the oppor­
tunity and had an early birth­
day celebration for Mrs. Pouliot
who has a birthday Friday.
Weekend guests at the home
of Mr. and Mrs. Benny Roten
were Jack and Ruth DeVault.
He is a brother of Mrs. Roten
and a career Navy man. He
will be leaving soon for four
years in Australia. On Sunday
the Rotens and their guests
went to the home of her
grandparents for a family re­
union of her five brothers and
sisters. This is the first time
they had all been together for
12 years.

nounced today that an agree­
ment in principal had been en­
tered into providing for such
company’s acquisition by Con­
tinental Telephone Corp., St.
Louis, Missouri.
Terms of the acquisition pro­
vide for the issuance of 1 share
of Continental stock for every
*i shares of common stock of
Sunnyside outstanding or re­
served for issuances under
Sunnyside 6% Convertable Sub­
ordinated Debenture. On the
basis of the closing price of
Continental Common Stock on
the New York Stock Exchange
on Monday, October 28, 1968
the market value of the Con­
tinental stocks agregates $13,-
200,000. The acquisition is sub­
ject to the execution of a de-
finitie agreement and approv­
al by Sunnyside Stockholders
and certain regulatory approv­
als.
