DETROIT IDANHA Radarman 3/c Arthur Pat rick Lyons, 21, was killed in a bus-pedestrian accident on In terstate 5 Saturday near Wood burn. He had been home on leave from the Navy after serv ing four tours of duty in Viet nam. Mr. Lyons was born in Salem December 21, 1946 and had lived in this area all of his life. He made his home with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Kerr before going in the service. He was a graduate of Santiam High school and for the past 314 years was station ed aboard the USS Kennedic out of San Francisco.
