Sunday dinner guests at the Mis» Nancy Stewart and her brother Charley Stewart are l»th attending the University of Portland this year. Nancy entered her senior year and Charley is a freshman. Mr. and .Mi's. James Araujo of Castro Valley, California have been visiting with her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Mel Rambo. They also visited with Silverton relatives. .Mi's. Tom Drynan received several burns to her right hand, her shoulder and face, when she was turning a roast at their home in Mill City. Mrs. Dry nan said the meat slipped off the fork, splashing the hot grease on her. She still has her hand banaged, and said it is remarkable how much you miss your right hand when working around the house. Mill City friends will be in home of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Alban were Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Manker and daughter, Winona and Mr. and Mrs. Tracy Man kin and Kevin of Vancouver and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Al ban of Aumsville. Over the Labor Day holiday Mr. and Mrs. Alban and Mr. and Mrs. Gary Curtis made a trip to Reno and Virginia City, Nev ada. Recent guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Phyl Knight were Mr. and Mrs. Carl Schaf fer of Mill City, who had Sun day dinner with them and on Labor Day guests were Mrs. Ivan Bogart and daughter of Salem and Mr. and Mrs. Milton Bogart of Grants Pass.
