Several letters were read during the business meeting from Senators and Represen tatives concerning the IOOF 150th anniversary commemor ative stamp to be issued. They all pledged their sup port to the issuing of such a stamp The lodge members voted to enter the July 4th parade The Mill City Garden Club members met at the Gates Community clubhouse o n Thursday, May 2. Lions Club Plans for Social Events in May Round Robin Club The Mill City Lions club and Auxiliary will have joint installation ceremonies at The Riverview cafe Saturday eve ning, May 11. The social hour wll be at 6:30 and dinner will be served promptly at 7 p. m. All Lions and Lionesses are urged to attend the meeting so that all officers may be in stalled as well as enjoying the evenings presentations and entertainment. The Lions club will have a Father-daughter banquet on Monday evening May 13 at the Fellowship hall at 6:30. There will be a program for the evening.
