Jepsen, et al, for annexation of certain de­ scribed real property to the Mill City Rural Fire Protec­ tion District; and IT APPEARING to the Board that a proper petition for annexation to said fire protection district having been filed with the Board; and pur­ memo Mill City Enterprise Telephone 897-2778 hearing was ordered to be held on the 26th day of April, 1968, and that notice of said public hearing was published in the Mill City Enterprise, a newspaper of general circula­ tion in Marion County; and IT APPEARING that on April 26, 1968, at 10:00 A. M.. in the Hearing Room of the Marion County Board of Com­ missioners, a public hearing was held, prior notice thereof having been given, and that at said public hearing all inter­ ested persons having been giv­ en an opportunity to speak in favor of or in opposition to said annexation to said fire protection district, and no ob­ jection to annexation to said district being heard; and IT APPEARING that the proposed annexation will en­ compass the following des­ cribed property, to wit: Beginning on the North bank of the North Santiam The Budget for Mill City Rural Fire Protection District for the fiscal year 1968-1969, beginning July 1, 1968, as detailed and summarized in the accompanying schedules was prepared on an accounting basis consistent with that used in prior years. A copy of the budget document may be inspected by interested persons between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p. m. at 170 N. W. Alder St. The budget document, or any portion of it, may be ob­ tained for $1.00, complete, or 25 cents per sheet at 170 N. W. IT IS FURTHER ORDER­ ED that the polling places for said election shall be the same as the polling places for the May 28, 1968, Oregon State primary election to be held in the precincts within the boundaries of the Mill City Rural Fire Protection District and that area sought to be annexed thereto.
