an election will be held in
Administrative School Dis­
trict No. 129J of Linn and
Marion Counties, State of
Oregon, from 8:00 a. m. to 8:00
p. m. on April 8, 1968, at San-
tiam High School and Gates
Grade School in said school
district, for the purpose of
submitting to the qualified
voters of said district the
question of increasing the
tax levy for the fiscal year
1968-1969 over the amount
limited by section 11, article
XI, of the Constitution of
Oregon.
The reasons for increasing
such levy are:

Increased operating costs.
The amount of tax, in ex­
cess of the eenstitutional lim­
itation. proposed to be levied
for said fiscal year is $422,-

Notice of Budget Hearing
The budget for City of Mill City for the fiscal year 1968-69 beginning July 1,
as
detailed and summarized in the accompanying schedules was prepared on an accounting
basis consistent with that used in prior years. A copy of the budget documents may be in­
spected by interested persons between the hours of 10:00 A. M. and 3:00 P. M. Mondays
through Fridays each week at the United States National Bank, Mill City Branch and a
copy of the budget may be obtained for 50 cents. A meeting of the City Council will be
held April 8, 1968 at 8:00 P. M. at the City Hall for the purpose of holding a public hear
ing on this budget. Any person may appear to discuss the budget or any part of it The out­
standing indebtedness of The City of Mill City, Oregon at March 6, 1968 was NONE.
