Among those attending Mo ther’s weekend at OSU will be Mrs. Al Yankus, mother of Rae Yankus, Mrs. Don Walk er, mother of Brent Walker and Mrs. Bud Cline, mother of David Cline, all students at the college. Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Grandstaff and family moved to Corvallis this week. He has been transferred to Green Peter Dam from his work at Detroit dam. Mr. and Mrs. Hud Whistler have purchased the fo.mer Stanley Vail home and are in the process of moving here from Kernville. They are friends of Mr. and Mrs. Gil Duckworth. The two families were neighbors when the Duckworths lived near the coast. Guests last week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Metteer were his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. T. Truffelli of Los Angeles. Weekend guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mel Rambo were their son and family, Mr. and Mrs. George Rambo and children of Med ford. Laura Rambo was home from Mt. Angel college for the weekend. Sunday after noon the Rambos took in the Mt. Angel Theatre Players production of Rhinoceros. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Lockrem Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Mac Gregor and children spent the weekend in Beaverton at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Barrows, and daughter. On April 21 Mrs. Marie Tol bert, president of the Mill City Woman’s club, Mrs. Edith Mason, Mrs. O. K.
