Evelyn Davis Entertains Round Robin Club The Round Robin Pinochle club met Monday night at the home of Evelyn Davis with | Marilynne Drynan a guest for J the evening. High score was won by Irene Podrabsky; pinochle went to Lu MacGregor and Marilynne Drynan received low. Dessert was served previous to the playing of cards. Mrs. Glen Shelton and Mrs. Ken neth Corning were co-host- esses. Mrs. Wendell Heller presided in the absence of the president. Final plans were made for the group to attend “Gardens on Review” which will be held in Portland Thursday, March 9. The group will go by chartered bus, leaving Hilltop Market promptly at 9 a. m. For the program, Mrs. Bet ty Goode Warren from Stay ton was present and gave an interesting talk on wild flow ers and showed her paintings of wild flowers she has paint ed on velvet. Mrs. Charlie French and Mrs. Ervin Peterson will be the hostesses for the April 6 meeting. Wilbur Bluhm, Marion County Extension agent will be guest speaker. The District Garden Club Federation meeting will be held Wednesday, March 22 at Woodburn Manor, Senior Es tates. Registration will be at 9:30 a. m.
