The hostess then served re freshments after which the members received Christmas gifts from their secret sisters. The names of the secret sist ers for the past year were re vealed and then a drawing was held to determine secret sisters for next year. Members present in addition to those mentioned above were Joyce Pflug, Verly Lind- day, Helen Davis, Nancy Gi- od, Louann Goffin, and Cleta Wills. The door prizes were won by Veryl Lindsay and Cleta Wills. The next meeting will be at the home of Nancy Girod. Mrs. Loucks Named President of Presby. Women's Association Officers of the Presbyterian Women’s Association were installed by Rev. James Mur ray during the meeting of the group held at Fellowship hall Thursday evening. Those in stalled to serve for the com ing year were as follows: pre sident, Mrs. Earl Loucks; vice- president, Mrs. Floyd Fleet wood; secretary, Mrs. Louis Verbeck; treasurer, Mrs. Arlo Tuers; and corresponding se cretary, Miss Daisy Geddes. Other elective and appointive officers were installed after ward. Twelve ladles attended the meeting which was presided over by Mrs. James Swan, and was opened with the singing of Christmas hymns, accompanied by Mrs. Don Sheythe. In charge of the pro gram was Mrs. Loucks, who presented an outstanding film entitled “Christmas in Hong Kong.” Devotions were given by Mrs. Clyde Rogers who read “The Christmas Story from Mary’s Standpoint.” Minutes of the previous meeting were read by Mrs. Verbeck, and Mrs. H. A. Schroeder read from the Year Book of Prayer. At the close of the evening, Mrs. Roy Epperson was re freshment hostess with the tables decorated beautifully In the holiday theme.
