Mrs. Moe returned to Klamath Falls with her guests and will visit there with her daughter and family, the Joe Jones’. Mrs. R. J. Brush of Seattle returned home Saturday, No vember 19 after a 10 day visit at the home of Mrs. Jack Ry land. Also visiting at the Ry land home November 13 were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dunbar of Woodburn. Visiting a few days recently with Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Branch was her nephew, Rob ert Price of Seattle. Mr. Price also visited with relatives in Lebanon while here. Ivan Darby returned home November 17 from Salem Gen eral hospital where he spent the previous week undergoing a series of tests and receiving treatment. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Castle re turned home November 17 from a hunting trip east of the mountains when they camped and hunted in the Dale area. The Women’s Society of the Mehama church held a short business meeting November 15 to fill out pledge assign ments for the coming year. Reports were also given on the election day dinner and on the mission sewing project. The ladies voted to turn over $115 to the church treasury. A cake walk is being planned for soon after the first of the year. Bonnie Christensen and Jo anne Walz returned home November 15 from a two- week trip to California when they were guests of Bonnie’s aunt’s family, Mr. and Mrs. Don Engdahl and children of Santa Rosa and also spent a few days with Joanne’s un cle and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Tirck at Sunnyvale and visited briefly with other re latives in the bay area. Visiting during the week end at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Titze was her daughter, Mrs. Harvey Bux ton and two granddaughters, Nancy and Susan Sitennon of Coos Bay. The members of the girl’s junior choir of the Mehama church held a Smore roast at the church Wednesday ev ening November 16 after their usual practice session. The girls of the choir wish to let anyone who wishes to attend church services and do not have a baby sitter that one of the members will be avail able every Sunday in the church basement.
