She was born in Klod- no, Czechoslovakia and came to Puyallup about 40 years ago from Oregon. The Fishers were former residents of Mill City. Mrs. Fisher was a member of the Western Bohemian Fraternal Association, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She died on her 55th wedding anniversary. Surviving besides her hus band are two sons, James and Frank, Jr., both of Puyallup; a daughter, Rose Fisher also of Puyallup; a brother, Joseph Kotek of Natal, B. C.; a sister in Czechoslovakia; five grand children and three great grandchildren. Services were held a Puj-allup. * » » ANNA M. ANDERSON Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p. m. at the Court Street Christian church in Salem for Mrs. Anna M. Anderson, 89, who died Fri day in a Lebanon Nursing Home where she had lived the past year. She was born and raised in St. Joseph, Mo. In 1896 she was married to Robert E. Anderson, who died in 1945. They moved to Mill City in 1927 and later to Sweet Home. They moved to Salem in 1943. She was a i member of the Christian Church, Royal Neighbors, and Salem Mis- souri club. Surviving are two daugh- ters, Mrs. Lucille Allbright of Seattle, and Mrs. Meda Mc Dowell, Cedar Falls, la.; three sons, Robert Anderson, of Sweet Home, Clark Anderson, Colville, Wn., and Carl Ander son of Winchester Bay; one brother, C. H. Puckett from Canada, 19 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. Rev. Harold Lyman officiat ed at the services and inter ment was in City View Ceme tery. ♦ * ♦ HENRY C. TIMM Funeral services were held Wednesday at 3 p. m. at the W. T. Rigdon Funeral chapel in Salem for Henry C. Timm, former resident of Mill City, who died Saturday in a Salem Hospital following a lingering Illness. He was 79 years of age and was a native of Iowa. He mov-1 ed to Salem several months ago after living in Mill City about 45 years. He was a retired sawmill worker and a Veteran of World War I. Surviving are a brother, Walter of Salem and William of Mill City; sisters, Mae Grant of Fayetteville, N. Y.; Ardela Winters of Milan, Ill.; Hertha Martin, Anna Kahl; and Leona E. Keppinger, all of Salem. Interment was In City View Cemetery. * * * T. SAM WILSON Friends have received word of the death of T. Sam Wil son, 89, former resident of Mill City who died at a Tillamook Nursing Home on Saturday, October 1. He had been in failing health for a number of years. He was a native of Athens, Tenn., and a resident of Ore gon for a number of years. When living in Mill City they owned the property on the corner of S. E. Kingwood and 3rd street just east of King- wood Manor. He was a min ister of the Church of God and while living in Mill City held church services in their home. They moved to Jefferson about 20 years ago from Mill City where he was minister of the Jefferson Church of God. They celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in the summer of 1962. Funeral services were held October 4th at Wand’s Chapel in Tillamook and burial was in the Jefferson cemettery. Rev. Otis Wilson, a nephew offici ated and his grandsons were pallbearers. Surviving are the widow, Beulah Smith Wilson, four daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Hau gen and Mrs. Orpha Mapes both of Tillamook. Mrs. Alice Niger. Nyssa and Mrs. Lois Biggs of Madera. California.
