He said that there are untold resources on the bot tom of the ocean and that we should encourage the assist ance of the state and federal governments to develp it. He said that legislation now was in force to extend the three mile coastal limit to 12 miles. He said new markets for fish uses must be found. City Candidates to Attend Lions Meeting Monday A meet the candidates night, city candidates that is, is being slated for Monday night at the Lions Club meet ing.
