Firemen Called to Extinguish Pickup Fire The Mill City Volunteer Fire department was called out Wednesday evening, Au gust 31 to put out a fire in a pickup truck on the highway. Identity of the car owner was not learned as the fire was out by the time the de partment got there. There was a time delay as the party calling in the fire dialed Tom’s Shell service instead of the fire department number. Tom was absent at the time; he is a member of the department, and the young man on duty at the station called in the fire.
