Confirming what I’ve felt all year! We have had quite a few California tourists around latr- ly with an eye to making Orc- gon in general and Mill City In particular their home. We have some neighbors who purchased a home here the past year, Mr and Mm. Manuel Izimbano and they are completely en tranced after an Oregon wint er. In fact Mm.
