I probably said the same thing last year but every year I like the cold season less and less. Old age? We have had a really interest ing sight in our backyard (even through hunting season) when three deer ate the apples in the vacant lot across the road from us. It really is something to feast one’s eyes on—and many times I can wash the lunch or dinner dishes as I watch the mother and her two little fawns eat and frolic about. However, we have a MENACE in our back yard that certainly has spoiled outdoor activity during the summer. First we had some kind of an aphid type bug on our huge willow tree This exuded a sticky substance which in turn drew the bees. And I do mean BEES. We have swarms of them. So another year guess we will have to get some deadly type »pray and try to get rid of them. Bees and I are highly allergic to each other.
