Simpson Plywood Plant at Lyons, December 7, 1959, beginning
at 1:00 a. m. for a period of approximately three hours. This
outage is necessary to install new and larger transformer at our
Lyons Sub-Station. This replacement is needed because of the
load growth in the area.
