children are moving thia week to Bil­
lings, Mont., where he will be em­
ployed by Consolidated Freighways
on their transcontinental line. He has
been employed in the logging indus­
try for the past several years.
Mr. and Mrs. Donald (Dusty) Far­
rier and family have spent the sum­
mer at Diamond Lake where they had
a string of h horses which they
rented out for rides and pack trips.
Mr. Farrier will remain at the lake
for a time, perhajis through the
hunting season as he has several
hunting parties lined up for trips.
Mrs. Farrier brought two of the
horses back with her and they plan
on either wintering the rest of them
in Mill City or adding more to the
string and taking them to Saratoga
Springs for trips there. The Farriers
plan on returning to Diamond Lake
next year with their increased num­
ber of horses.
Mr. and Mrs. Uichard Johnson and
family of Coos Bay, spent the week
end visiting here with her parents.
