Miss Deanna May Threlkel, daughter of Mrs. Ila Threlkel of Marion, became the bride of Bruce Clark Thomas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Thomas of Mill City. Rev. Joe Harding officiated at the double ring ceremony. •Large baskets of spring Dowers in shades of pink decorated the altar. The bride, who was given in mar riage by her brother, Delmer Threl kel, chose a gown of white satin and lace net, ballerina length. Her finger tip veil was held in place by a pearl headband. She carried a nosegay of white lilacs centered with orchids. Miss Gloria Huber of Marion was maid of honor. She wore a ballerina length gown of blue polished cotton, and aerried a bouquet of pink lilacs and tulips. Charlotte Threlkel of Sa lem and Cherri Lynn Thelkel of Stay- and carried abouquet of pink lilacs girls. Their dresses were of blue polished cotton, ballerina length. They carried white baskets of spring flowers. Terry Muir was best man and Bruce Gordon was usher. For her daughter’s wedding Mrs. Threlkel wore a dress of navy blue with white accessories and a corsage of white flowers. The groom’s mother wore a beige sheath dress and duster with white accessories and a pink corsage. Following the ceremony a recep- jjon was held at the home of Mr. and ji .dis. Wesley Zellner at Four Corners. Mrs. Zellner and Mrs. Earl Huber of Marion cut and served the wedding cake. Mrs. Dwight Shelton of Stay- tern presided at the coffee urn and Mrs. Leonard LeBlanc of Albany poured punch. Barbara Zellner passed the guest book.
