Ce cil Bassett organist was honored on i his birthday anniversary with a cake baked by Mrs. Glenn Julian. This was in appreciation of his services. Cecil and his wife are largely responsible for the purchase of the new Electric Organ at the church and Cecil drives to Lyons every Thursday evening for choir practice and also for Sunday morning services.
