a symposium “Building a winning
speech contestant” with Frances
Eckhart acting as moderator. Mrs.
Eckhart is a many-time speech con-
test winner at various levels.
“Parliamentary Reminders’’ was
presented by the Lebanon club with
Ellen Wilshire and a panel giving
this in skit form.
