Mr. and Mrs. Jake Myers, from up
on the Little Northfolk left the latter
part of the week for a vacation to be
spent in California and Mexico. They
plan on being gone about three weeks.

the Oregon coast. Also spending the
weekend there in their own cottage
were the Russell Kelly and Carl Kelly

The Mountain Maids girls shuffle­
board team from The Lake at Detroit
lost a game to the Meander Inn girls
played here Tuesday evening by a
score of 114 to 151. Next Tuesday
night the Meander Inn girls team will
play The Cedars tavern in Detroit.

! making preliminary plans for the
j Junior Prom to be held in April. Per­
sonal invitations will be sent to grad­
uates of the past five years. There is
a standing open invitat'on to all
alumni and their wives, or husbands.
The chairmen of the committees are

freshments, Nancy Bruder; entertain­
