Mill City, Marion and Linn Counties,
Oregon, there will be a public hearing
held on the 11th day of December,
1953, at the City Hall in Mill City,
Marion and Linn Counties, Oregon.
Said public hearing is to commence
at 8 o’clock p. m. on said day for the
purpose of hearing objections and re­
monstrances to the proposition as to
whether or not said hereinafter des­
cribed street in the City of Mill City
shall be vacated by the common coun­
