Allen leaves Salem this morning on the Shasta Dalyight for San Francisco and plans to fly . to Honolulu on Saturday. While in San Francisco Mrs. Allen will be the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Claire Ol sen. Mrs. Allen will spend about two months in Hawaii as the guest of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Allen. She will be there dur ing Aloha Week, which is the out standing Hawaiian festival of the year, held each October. While in Honolulu Mrs. Allen plans I to see Mr. and Mrs. William Wach ter and his son. Mr. Wachter is a former resident of Mill City, gradu ating from high school here. He is now head of the engineering depart ment of the University of Hawaii. Mrs. Allen will return home early in December, sailing from Honolulu on the Lurline on November 24 and ¡arriving in San Francisco the 30th. Mrs. D. B.
