suant to an Order of the Honorable
Rex Kimmell, Judge of the above en­
titled Court, duly entered herein on
the 18th day of June, 1953. The date
of the first publication of this Sum­
mons is June 25, 1953, and the date
of the last publication hereof is July

for the County of Marion in the Mat­
ter of the Estate of James B. Love,
deceased, the undersigned, Ione Love
Thielke. was duly appointed as exec­
